hardrock
This past weekend, I got a chance to pace Mohammed for the last 58 miles of the Hardrock 100. Mo later admitted to listening to the same four minute techno song over and over for the last several hours of his run. Whatever it was, it sure worked for him. He finished in 37 hours and 33 minutes. I didn't have an ipod with me, but since I had the gloaming pacing through my head near the end, it seems fitting to this video tribute.

Matt, awesome video!
In the adventure of life there are those who live it vicariously and enjoy the ride from the safety of an armchair, and that is good. There are those who have a few chances to realize incredible and life changing experiences and though they don't repeat them, they carry with them a growth and personal philosophy for the rest of their lives. And then there are those for whom a taste is never enough. For whom the lust of adventure is never insatiable. To the end of one adventure only signifies the beginning of another!
