last chance...

Starting at midnight, 12/31 in conditions less than desirable, a few of us will be giving ALTAR 2009 one more try. This has been a tough year, report to follow....

If your starting at midnight on the 31st isn't is ALTAR 2010? :-) Wish I could be there but I am happy with just getting in my first run in months this AM - 2 whole miles but no back pain!
